Atenção primária à saúde: metodologia do Arco de Maguerez na construção de uma intervenção para a garantia de direitos

Abstract

Objective: to describe the experience of a resident psychologist in the creation of an intervention to be applied in primary health care, using as a foundation the problematization methodology with Arch of Maguerez, a mandatory requirement for professional training in multidisciplinary residency in family and community health. In addition to being the Residency Program Completion Work (TCP). Method: the stages of Arch of Maguerez were performed: observation of reality, key points, theorization, hypothesis of solution and application in reality. The study and intervention sites were three Basic Health Units in the Administrative Region of Fercal, Federal District, from June to August 2022. Results and discussion: experiences in the setting with the community and health professionals demonstrated a limitation in the knowledge of laws with great social importance regarding the guarantee of rights. An informative material was created in digital format and in pamphlet with the objective of encouraging the territory to read and reflect on rights, duties, guarantees, protections and penalties, focusing on the laws: Maria da Penha, Statute of the Child and the Adolescent, Statute of the Elderly. Conclusion: the method made it possible to broaden the perspective of the community context and develop an action that can help change reality, but it should not be limited to that, the method demonstrated many social limitations that only an integrated work between society and public power has the potential to solve such problems.
